Every single member of the staff was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made the experience special. The food offerings were delicious — especially the almond orange cake, which is an absolute must-try! I also appreciated the convenience of a full bar on-site for cocktails, adding to the overall comfort and ease of the stay. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. Details like the quality shampoo, lotion, and beautifully scented soaps were a lovely touch. It’s clear that care goes into every detail. Extra perks like easy access to a local cab company and the ability to store small luggage made a big difference in our travel experience. Also, didn’t once question safety as everything felt secure, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Highly recommend — this place is a gem, and the staff are its brightest stars.

The staff was wonderful professional and very accommodating. Bruno made sure we were taken care of. The hotel was updated,beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast was delicious as well. The hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants, museums and shops. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely stay here again

I got post that there would be no staff after 21:00, which would have been OK, but both of my flights had been delayed and the airline lost our luggage, So I was really late in check in. But I called and the women in the reception waited for me and showed me everything when I got there and was really helpful.
