The location is absolutely perfect — easy to access all the local sights, yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. What truly sets this place apart is the unparalleled customer service. Every single member of the staff was kind, accommodating, and went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. Their warmth and attentiveness truly made the experience special. The food offerings were delicious — especially the almond orange cake, which is an absolute must-try! I also appreciated the convenience of a full bar on-site for cocktails, adding to the overall comfort and ease of the stay. The accommodations were clean, cozy, and thoughtfully equipped. Details like the quality shampoo, lotion, and beautifully scented soaps were a lovely touch. It’s clear that care goes into every detail. Extra perks like easy access to a local cab company and the ability to store small luggage made a big difference in our travel experience. Also, didn’t once question safety as everything felt secure, well-maintained, and thoughtfully managed. Highly recommend — this place is a gem, and the staff are its brightest stars.

Staff was excellent beyond expectations. We were in a such a bind that we had checked too early and Bruno helped us tremendously so I give kudos to this great Hotel.

The location and the staff was optimal, excellent to savour what the lively historic centre of Lamezia (Nicastro) and the staff cannot do enough for you

The most relaxed hotel in every respect. Treated like friends from first minute to last. Totally professional and efficient. Bruno, Luca and Abyes, you are stars! We will definitely revisit.

The staff was wonderful, professional and very accommodating. Bruno made sure we were taken care of. The hotel was updated, beautifully decorated and very clean. The breakfast was delicious as well. The hotel was conveniently located close to restaurants, museums and shops. Very enjoyable stay, would definitely stay here again.

Everything was nice!! The hotel spaces are really clean, modern, and luxurious. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee, WAU! The hotel's neighbourhood is pleasant with many restaurants and bars. Also is located in the center of everything.

I got post that there would be no staff after 21:00, which would have been OK, but both of my flights had been delayed and the airline lost our luggage, So I was really late in check in. But I called and the women in the reception waited for me and showed me everything when I got there and was really helpful.

Luca was extremely helpful in organizing taxis to and from the hotel, train, and airport. When we arrived, it was past open hours for restaurants, so he went into the little café and took out a bunch of croissants to hold us over. Very kind :-)
